1. 2007 replaces 2002 as the base year used in determining prices for gross domestic product by industry. Also, valuation has been changed from factor cost to basic prices in chained dollars.
2. Calculation of the rates of capacity use is now based on the 1997 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), which has replaced the 1980 Standard Industrial Classification.
