Purpose

To learn how to write emails that get read and achieve what you set out to do.

Benefits to participants

Learn the ‘seven deadly sins’ of email and how to avoid them. Through presentations and exercises, we will guide you through each stage of preparing an effective email; from deciding whether it’s the appropriate medium for your message to defining your audience, structuring, writing and revising your message.

You will also get tips on plain language writing and using writing style to help avoid and defuse difficult or delicate situations.
