Purpose

To learn some of the key rules, conventions and nuances of written English.

Benefits to participants

Through interactive presentations and exercises, you will learn to identify and solve common grammar, structure and usage problems such as misplaced modifiers, wrong verb tenses and mismatched verb forms. Learn how to properly use words and phrases that are often confused and fix common grammar and punctuation issues. We will also show you appropriate phrases for business e-mail and letters, plain language writing tips and more.
