The PEOPLE Approach: Writing effective client responses (Course code 04480E)

Purpose

To demonstrate ways to write responses to client queries that satisfy the client, answer questions clearly and save time.

Learn the six most important elements of good written relations with clients.

Through dynamic presentations and exercises, you will learn simple techniques to help you with such things as keeping the human touch in your messages, explaining complicated concepts clearly and understanding your client’s needs. You will also see how subtleties in phrasing can change the tone of your message, how to write proactive responses and more.
