6. Performance standard: Response provided within 30 days of receipt of request; the response time may be extended pursuant to Section 9 of the ATIA. Notice of extension to be sent within 30 days of receipt of request. The ATIA provides fuller details.

7. Performance results: Continue to meet statutory requirements of access to information legislation.

8. Other information: Under the ATIA, fees under $25 may be waived when deemed to be in the public interest. Fees waived during 2014/2015 were $245.
