Ben's Story - Transcript

Description of visuals

(We see Ben, early 60s, comfortable and friendly guy, talking in front of a graphic background representing the countryside.)

Ben: "When we were younger, my wife and I decided to move our family to the city for work. Now that our kids are grown and we're looking to retire, we have moved back to the outskirts. We like the space and the quiet. Like many of us in the area, we still have to commute to work. The drive in isn't great because the roads are in need of work. Thanks to the census data, which demonstrated the high volume of traffic in our area, we were able to provide the city with the information they needed for the current road to be repaved. And they've started planning construction on a new road into the city to help with congestion. It's nice to know you're being heard."

(It fades to black, and the Canada wordmark fades in.)
