In January 2020, Statistics Canada will conduct an evaluation of its products and services by asking its clients about:
- Satisfaction with the delivery of the product or service
- Satisfaction with the quality of the product or service
Feedback will be used to help Statistics Canada further improve its products and services offerings.
Statistics Canada is using its Client Relationship Management System and other client management sources to select past clients and invite them to complete a short questionnaire.
Results of the Statistics Canada Client Survey will be published online when available.
