This webinar will cover a recently released study, "An analysis of recent issues faced by the Canadian pork industry". This study follows work published in 2014 by Statistics Canada, which examined the trends in Canadian hog and pork prices from 2012 to 2014, and provides a discussion of the issues affecting the Canadian pork industry from 2018 to present.
