The objective of this survey is to provide insight into the current health status of Canadian Armed Forces personnel. Information from this survey will be used to guide the development and evaluation of policies and programs aimed at sustaining a healthy and deployable force, provide a snapshot of the health status of the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces personnel, and identify where interventions are most needed to sustain a healthy and readily deployable force.
Your information may also be used by Statistics Canada for other statistical and research purposes.
