This equation shows a fixed-effects model of replacement rates on the left-hand side, against a number of variables on the right-hand side: dummy variables equal to one in each year during which the person was widowed, the number of years since the beginning of the widowhood period, dummy variables equal to one in each year during which the person was divorced, the number of years since the beginning of the divorce period, and age-specific dummy variables.
