Thursday, March 13, 2003 Steel primary forms - weekly dataWeek ending March 8, 2003 (preliminary)Steel primary forms production for the week ending March 8 totalled 305 662 metric tonnes, up 2.5% from 298 100 tonnes a week earlier and 0.3% from 304 652 tonnes in the same week of 2002. The year-to-date total as of March 8 was 2 883 555 tonnes, down 2.7% from 2 962 900 tonnes in the same period of 2002.
