Wednesday, July 21, 2004 Crushing statisticsJune 2004According to the monthly survey of crushing plants, Canadian oilseed processors crushed 234,607 metric tonnes of canola in June. Oil production last month totalled 97,544 tonnes while meal production amounted to 146,835 tonnes. With a month remaining in the crop year, canola crushings continue at a record pace.
