Tuesday, May 30, 2006 Computer and peripherals price indexes
The computer and peripherals price indexes (2001=100) are now available for March. The index for commercial computers declined 1.1% from February to 37.4. The index for consumer computers fell 1.5% to 20.2. In the case of computer peripherals, monitor prices declined 0.5% to 62.7 and printer prices declined 0.8% to 52.1.
