Investment in new housing construction for Canada increased 9.5% compared with February 2017. Newfoundland and Labrador up 2.0%, Prince Edward Island up 42.7%, Nova Scotia down 17.5%, New Brunswick up 16.5%, Quebec up 29.2%, Ontario up 1.9%. Manitoba up 7.3%. Saskatchewan down 10.1%, Alberta up 9.5%, British Columbia up 17.5%, Yukon down 29.3%, Northwest Territories down 58.1% Nunavut up 44.6%.
