Source(s): The unincorporated-sector gross domestic product and the business-sector
gross domestic product for Canada for the years from 1987 to 2005 are
derived from Rispoli (2009c). The unincorporated-sector gross domestic product
for the years from 1961 to 1987 was based on growth rates
of mixed income, excluding owner-occupied dwellings. The U.S. non-corporate
gross domestic product is based on Bureau of Economic Analysis Table 1.13.
