ALUs signifies Average Labour Units. Estimates at the median are marked by diamonds. All the estimates presented in this chart for quantiles smaller or equal to 0.50 are statistically different from 0 at the 95% confidence level, with only one exception (quantile 0.05 for size class 250 to less than 500 ALUs). Many estimates for quantiles greater than 0.50 are not statistically different from zero at the 95%confidence level. The 95% confidence limits are available from the authors upon request.
