This window was opened after pressing the “Add as New Entry” button with the “Vote” variable selected when creating a new Request in the workbook. This window shows a tree diagram on the left side. The single branch at level one of the tree is called “WorkBook Title 1”. The single branch at level two is labelled “Table Request One”. There are four branches at level 3 labelled “Options”, “Analysis Variables”, “Computed Statistics”, and “Table Set #1”. From the “Options” branch there are two branches at level 4 labelled “Generated Statistics “ and “Output Control”. From the “Table Set #1” branch there is one branch at level 4 labelled “Vote”. From the “Vote” branch there are three branches at level 5 labelled “Cells”, “Cell Functions”, and “Standardized Rates”. The “Vote” branch is selected. In the upper right portion of the window is a text string reading “Select up to 8 categorical variables for table margins.” There is a partial list of Source Variables:, i.e. “age”, “AGEGRS”, “LUC_RST”, “PER_Q110”, “PRV” and “sex”. There are four buttons for moving variables from the list of Source Variables back and forth to the list of Selected. The list of Selected variables has a single item, i.e. “Vote”. Beneath the two lists there are three checkboxes labelled “Missing”, “RS2” and “RS3”. These are all unselected. There is a list of checkboxes under the heading “Sum of Weights” labelled “Value”, “Percent”, “Row Percent” and “Column Percent”. Only the “Percent” checkbox is checked. There is a list of unavailable checkboxes under the heading “Analysis Variables” labelled “Value”, “Percent”, “Row Percent” and “Column Percent”. None of these checkboxes are checked. Beneath the lists of checkboxes on the right of the window are buttons for “Add New Entry” and “Replace Current Entry”.
