Direct majority-ownership, included in the inward FAS frame of study

Consider Company A located in foreign country A that owns 100% of the voting shares of Company B, located in foreign country B which then owns 75% of the voting shares of Company C located in Canada. In this example Company C would be included in the frame as it has a single immediate foreign direct investor (Company B) that has a majority-ownership stake (75%).  In this case the MODA data referring to Company C will be allocated to Country B for immediate-based analysis and to the Country A for ultimate-based analysis.
