The purpose of this study was to examine the survival rates and suicide mortality over a 12 year period after a first-ever admission for a suicide attempt.
Death years: 1979 – 1989
876 full cohort and 300 were searched (first-ever inpatient hospital admissions for a suicide attempt admittedbetween 1979 and 1981).
