The y-axis is measured by percentages and increases by increments of ten from 0 to 80.

Along the x-axis are the smoking status and body mass index categories. From left to right the categories for smoking status are the following: never smoked; former smoker; and current smoker. The categories for body mass index are the following: underweight; normal; overweight; and obese.

In 2010, 64.85% of those who never smoked reported very good to excellent health.

In 2010, 60.24% of those who were a former smoker reported very good to excellent health.

In 2010, 50.15% of those who were a current smoker reported very good to excellent health.

In 2010, 62.28% of those who were underweight reported very good to excellent health.
