Outgoing civil legal aid dossiers processed under the interprovincial reciprocity agreement
Table summary
This table displays outgoing civil legal aid applications processed under the Interprovincial Reciprocity Agreement. Under the terms of the Agreement, applicants must request legal aid in their province/territory of residence rather than in the province/territory where legal recourse is sought. The resident legal aid plan approves and forwards the application to the non-resident legal aid plan, which provides the legal services. The row headers represent the applicant's province/territory of residence where the legal aid plan approved the application, and the fiscal year during which the plan forwarded the application to the non-resident legal aid plan for service. The column headers represent the province/territory of the legal aid plan receiving the approved application for service.
