This vertical bar chart illustrates, by region, the percentage of Inuit children aged six to fourteen who had contact with a pediatrician or general practitioner in the previous year.

The X axis is divided into seven sections, each representing a specific geographical region. The regions are:

  • Total Canada

  • Total Inuit Nunaat

  • Nunatsiavut

  • Nunavik

  • Nunavut

  • Inuvialuit region

  • Outside Inuit Nunaat

The Y axis is measured in percentage and increases in increments of ten from zero to sixty

35% of all Inuit children aged six to fourteen in all of Canada had contact with a pediatrician or general practitioner in the previous year
The percentage in Inuit Nunaat is 30%
The percentage in Nunatsiavut is 32%
The percentage in Nunavik is 28%
The percentage in Nunavut is 29%
The percentage in the Inuvialuit Region is 47%
The percentage in the region outside Inuit Nunaat is 51%
