Online payments will not be possible: the registrar will call you after your on-line registration is received. Only credit card payments will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing until September 19, 2014 will receive a full refund. After that date, no refunds will be made, but substitutions will be permitted. Please advise the registrar in advance of substitutions. However, if you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged the full registration fee. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of conference participants.

You can register using one of the two following methods:
- Complete the on-line registration form and send to Statistics Canada using the secure Statistics Canada registration service. A receipt notification will be sent.
- If on-line registration is not possible please contact the Symposium Registrar using the contact information below.
