Translation devices
Translation devices will be available at the registration table located in the lobby of the Sala San Marco Event and Conference Centre.
Breaks
Time will be allotted for a morning break and an afternoon break at Sala San Marco. Time will also be allotted for lunch. A list of restaurants and coffee shops that are within walking distance of the Sala San Marco will be provided to the participants.
Notes
Blank sheets will be appended to the end of the program to allow for notes. A note pad and the schedule of the Symposium will be given to participants who have requested an electronic version of the program.
Coat room
Coat racks will be available.
Photos
The Symposium Organizing Committee will be taking photos during the event. These are the property of the event and may be used for purposes related to the event.
