Welcome to the Talent Retention Bank

To register for the Talent Retention Bank, you must be an external employee to Statistics Canada, which included the following:

• Students, casual workers, or part-time workers; or
• Term employees whose contract has not been renewed; or
• Employees hired under Census excluded position.

If you are an indeterminate or term employee at Statistics Canada, please register to the Talent Bank.

Information needed to complete the Talent Retention Bank profile

Before you begin your application to the Talent Retention Bank make sure you have all the following information on hand.

• Your employment status (if you have been previously employed within the Government of Canada)
• Your group and level (if you have been previously employed within the Government of Canada)
• An up-to-date resume
