Overview:

This module is a slightly revised version of the Everyday Discrimination Scale developed by Dr. David R. Williams in 1997.  It asks all survey respondents about their perception of discrimination in their day-to-day life because of various characteristics such as their race, sex, age, weight, etc.  The module also includes questions about perception of discrimination in their experiences with health care services.
