As we approach Remembrance Day during Veterans’ Week, it’s a time for all Canadians to reflect and honour those who fought for our freedom and values. It is a day to remind ourselves of the important role the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) play internationally and at home.
Moving is stressful, even under ideal circumstances. Nevertheless, over one-third (35.0%) of Canadian households—or 5.4 million households—moved within the previous five years in 2022. The good news is that most Canadian households moved to be in a better place. However, over one million Canadian households moved over this five-year period to reduce costs or were forced out.
November is Financial Literacy Month in Canada. The theme of this year’s campaign is “Money on your Mind. Talk about it!”. So today, we’re talking about money! Although many people find it difficult to discuss financial matters, talking about money can help build financial confidence and lead to better financial outcomes.
