Nearly half (49.1%) of all businesses and organizations lease the location used for their operations, and of those, more than one in six (17.8%) had less than one year remaining on their lease, while nearly half (47.9%) had between one and three years left.

The high-frequency electricity data (HFED) visualization tool was recently launched on the Canadian Centre for Energy Information website. Depending on data availability, this tool provides users with comprehensive access to provincial electricity data for a number of variables (such as load, demand, and generation), and in near real-time.
Canada is known for its ethnocultural and religious diversity, a value which is largely shared among the population. In fact, according to the 2020 General Social Survey - Social Identity, 92.0% of the population aged 15 years and older agreed that ethnic or cultural diversity is a Canadian value.
