The y axis is measured by percentages and increases by increments of twenty from 0 to 80.
Of the people with a learning limitation, 16.9% also have a developmental condition.
Of the people with a learning limitation, 24.5% also have a seeing condition.
Of the people with a learning limitation, 24.7% also have a hearing condition.
