The number of take-offs and landings for 127 airports without air traffic control towers reached 65,353 movements in June. Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (3,882 movements) and Peterborough, Ontario (3,302 movements) were the most active sites. Of the 123 airports for which year-over-year comparisons were possible, 81 reported decreases.
