I have saved articles in the app. What do I do?
On what devices does StatsCAN work?
Because app content will not be updated after March 3, 2026, meaning that no corrections will be made to data points if required, we recommend that users stop accessing any saved publications in the app. Instead, users should search for any previously released articles on Statistics Canada’s website and bookmark them in a browser, rather than continuing to refer to them in the app.
To remove a publication from your saved items, tap the solid bookmark icon displayed on the publications tile, next to the article’s image. A message will appear, confirming that you would like to remove the publication.
I’m following subjects in the app. Is there a way to continue following these subjects and get notified of new data?
What versions of Android and iOS does StatsCAN support?
There are several ways to stay up to date on specific subjects of interest. All 31 subjects available in the app can also be found on Statistics Canada’s website. Users can also sign up for My StatCan.
My StatCan is a dynamic and customizable portal that allows users to bookmark and quickly access Daily releases, indicators, products and data tables, receive email notifications when new data products related to their subscriptions are releases and stay up to date with the most recent releases.
