- For this annual survey, pre-contact starts on February 14, 2020 and runs until March 13, 2020.
- Due to exceptional circumstances, paper and electronic questionnaires for reference year 2019 will be mailed on June 1st, 2020. The collection period will continue throughout the year and end March 8, 2020.
