Canadian manufacturers produced 1.1 billion cigarettes in November 2025, down 3.4% from October 2025. Cigarette production was 17.5% lower compared with November 2024.
In November 2025, the total number of cigarettes sold increased 3.4% to 1.1 billion from October 2025. The level of sales was 2.4% higher compared with November 2024.
