We sincerely thank all users and contributors who have supported the StatsCAN app since its launch. Your engagement has been greatly appreciated.
We recommend that you delete the app from your devices. Although it may remain temporarily accessible, it is no longer supported, and no updates, bug fixes or technical maintenance will be provided, including data corrections to publications. The app may become inaccessible at any time.
Stay connected and informed
You can continue to explore essential data and insights on Statistics Canada’s website. You can also follow our updates through the Stay connected page—including social media and our podcast—and sign up for My StatCan to get tailored updates on the topics you care about.
Tip: Managing saved articles in the app
Since app content will no longer be updated after March 3, 2026, we recommend that you stop accessing saved publications in the app. Instead, search for previously released articles on Statistics Canada’s website and bookmark them in your browser.
To remove a saved publication from the app, tap the solid bookmark icon on the article’s tile. A confirmation message will appear—tap to remove it.
