The fourth quarter saw the market value of assets held by Canadian trusteed pension funds rise by $21.9 billion (+1.0%) from the previous quarter and continue to hover around the $2.1 trillion mark. Year over year, the market value of assets was down by $114.8 billion (-5.1%) in the fourth quarter.
