Highlights
In June, Canada's major and select small airports recorded a total of 506,143 aircraft movements, a decrease of 1.6% from June 2022 and the first year-over-year decline in 2023. Total movements were 13.2% below those recorded in June 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic.
Fredericton International (-3,667 movements; -57.3%) and Quebec/Jean Lesage International (-3,450; -27.2%) reported the largest year-over-year declines in June 2023.
