Education Indicators in Canada

The fall 2022 issue of the publication Education Indicators in Canada: Report of the Pan-Canadian Education Indicators Program, September 2022 is now available. High school graduation rates at the national and provincial/territorial level have been updated for this edition.

The publication Education Indicators in Canada: Handbook for the Report of the Pan-Canadian Education Indicators Program (81-582-G) is also available. This handbook provides a general description of each indicator, explains the major concepts discussed, and includes definitions, as well as an overview of methodology, limitations and data sources.

The Pan-Canadian Education Indicators Program is an ongoing initiative of the Canadian Education Statistics Council, a partnership between Statistics Canada and the Council of Ministers of Education (Canada) that provides a set of statistical measures on education systems in Canada.
