Due to missing data, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Quebec, Saskatchewan, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut have been excluded from "Adjusted admissions" in order to make comparisons between years. The jurisdictions excluded in this table may differ from the jurisdictions excluded in other related tables. As such, totals for the same data element may differ from one table to another.
  2. The percentages of total statistics are based upon adjusted admissions.
  3. Admissions to YCJA sentences for British Columbia are included in probation admissions.
  4. Due to rounding, the community portion of a custody and supervision order and the deferred custody and supervision order may not add up to the total percent of YCJA sentences.
