Consumers purchased 227 171 kilolitres of milk and cream in May, down 4.8% from May 2014.
Sales of milk decreased 5.2% from the same month a year earlier to 198 659 kilolitres in May, while cream sales decreased 1.9% to 28 512 kilolitres.
