Shipments of asphalt shingles totalled 4.0 million metric bundles in July, down 1.3% from the previous month. Compared with July 2015, shipments were 34.7% higher.
Production of asphalt shingles decreased 24.8% from June to 2.9 million metric bundles in July, while production was 26.9% higher compared with July 2015.
