The volume of milk and cream sold in August totalled 223 382 kilolitres, up 0.1% from August 2015.

Sales of milk rose 0.1% from the same month a year earlier to 194 214 kilolitres in August, while cream sales increased 0.3% to 29 168 kilolitres.
