Chart 10.3 is a line chart showing the percentages of men and women enrolled in doctoral programs from 1993/1994 to 2008/2009. Data are as of December 1, except in Ontario, where they are from November.

Among women, enrolments increased from 38% to 47% of total enrolments.

Among men, enrolments fell from 62% to 53%.
