Data from the pilot survey of the Canadian Health Survey on Children and Youth are now available for research. The data were collected between October and December 2016 to test survey content, methodology, collection and processing, prior to the implementation of a full survey in 2019. The data represent 1,528 children and youth aged 1 to 17 living in the provinces and territories who responded to the pilot. The dataset will be available at Statistics Canada's Research Data Centres.
