You will be asked questions such as:
- Do you have a regular health care provider?
- Have you accessed health care services in the last 12 months?
- How did you feel about the care you received?
- Did you face any barriers?
Your participation will provide valuable insight into the use of health care services. All levels of government and health care planners across the country may use the survey results to make informed decisions about the delivery of health care services and to develop and improve health care programs and policies that better serve all Canadians.
